Jed's Christmas Message: Small Things Matter To God

We finally come to the closing of this year and to the Christmas season. This year, God reminds me how small things do matter to Him. Let's take a look on some verses that displays God`s favoritism to the small.

Micah 5:2

`But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Though you are little among the thousands of Judah, Yet out of you shall come forth to Me The One to be Ruler in Israel, Whose goings forth are from of old, From everlasting.`

Luke 1:52

He has put down the mighty from their thrones, And exalted the lowly.

Luke 9:48

and said to them, `Whoever receives this little child in My name receives Me; and whoever receives Me receives Him who sent Me. For he who is least among you all will be great.`

Deuteronomy 7:7

`The LORD did not set His love on you nor choose you because you were more in number than any other people, for you were the least of all peoples;

Matthew 13:32

`which indeed is the least of all the seeds; but when it is grown it is greater than the herbs and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and nest in its branches.`

1 Samuel 16:7
